本政策适用于 DNSpeed 应用中的网络诊断服务，说明所处理的信息、用途及您的选择。相关第三方服务另行适用其隐私政策。
2. 信息与用途
为完成您发起的测速并展示结果，应用处理网络连接状态、测试服务、测试时间、DNS 与网络地址、测速数据，以及根据公网 IP 推测的城市和运营商。应用不获取 GPS 精确位置。
测试记录和偏好设置保存在您的设备上。当前版本不设置用户账户，不用于广告跟踪，也不向开发者运营的后台上传测速记录或使用行为。
3. 第三方处理
测速及网络信息查询需要连接 DNS 服务商、Apple、Steam、Akamai 及 IPinfo 等第三方服务。服务提供方可能收到源 IP、查询或请求内容、网络地址和请求时间，并按其政策处理日志。IPinfo 还会收到查询涉及的解析器 IP；相关信息用于识别网络归属。请参阅 IPinfo 隐私政策。
第三方可能在设备所在地区以外处理信息，其保存期限及安全措施由相应服务政策决定。删除本机记录不删除第三方日志。常规 DNS 请求可能被网络运营者观察。
4. 保存与删除
本机记录在您删除或被新记录替换前保留。您可在历史页面删除记录，或在设置中清除全部测速记录。设备备份可能包含应用数据，备份由您的系统和备份服务设置管理。
5. 您的选择与安全
测速由您主动发起，您可随时停止后续测试；已经发送的请求无法撤回。请妥善保护设备和备份的访问权限。我们采取合理措施保护应用处理的信息，但任何存储或传输方式均不能保证绝对安全。
6. 政策更新
本政策发生变更时将更新日期。新增信息用途或其他需要授权的处理，将在处理前予以说明，并依法征求您的同意。本政策不限制您依据适用法律享有的权利。

1. Scope
This policy applies to network diagnostics in DNSpeed and describes the information processed, its purposes and your choices. Third-party services apply their own privacy policies.
2. Information and purposes
To perform tests you initiate and display results, the app processes connection status, the selected service, test time, DNS and network addresses, speed measurements, and city and network provider information inferred from public IP data. The app does not access precise GPS location.
Test records and preferences are stored on your device. This version has no user accounts, does not use information for advertising tracking, and does not upload test records or usage activity to a developer-operated backend.
3. Third-party processing
Tests and network information lookups connect to third parties including DNS providers, Apple, Steam, Akamai and IPinfo. Providers may receive source IP addresses, query or request content, network addresses and request times, and process logs under their own policies. IPinfo also receives resolver IP addresses involved in lookups used to identify network ownership. See the IPinfo Privacy Policy.
Third parties may process information outside your device's region. Their policies govern retention and security practices. Deleting local records does not delete third-party logs. Network operators may observe conventional DNS requests.
4. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them or newer records replace them. You can delete records in History or clear all test records in Settings. Device backups may include app data and are managed through your system and backup provider settings.
5. Your choices and security
You initiate tests and can stop further testing at any time; requests already sent cannot be recalled. Protect access to your device and backups. We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app, but no storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.
6. Policy changes
Changes to this policy will be dated. New purposes or other processing requiring authorization will be explained before processing begins, and consent will be requested as required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Website access
The page code includes no user accounts, forms, cookies or analytics scripts, and it does not collect test results. Selecting the support email opens your email app.
This static site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process basic access data such as source IP address, request path, browser information and request time, and manages logs and retention under its own policies. DNSpeed does not set or claim a specific hosting-log retention period. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
